We’re getting married (again)!

One Friday night in June 2014, we both found ourselves in The 13th Step in Manhattan. Though we both frequented the bar, our paths had never crossed. As our groups passed, two of our friends stopped to talk and we were introduced. Our eyes met and sparks flew. We stepped away to have a drink together, and the rest is history!

In July 2019, we visited Disneyland on our way to Hawaii. As we walked past the castle, Amanda suggested we stop for a picture. Next thing she knew, Denis was down on one knee asking her to marry him! It was the perfect start to our vacation and we spent the next two weeks celebrating in paradise.

After the pandemic forced us to delay our wedding indefinitely, we chose to get married in a private ceremony in Bora Bora in August 2021. We wish we could have shared this day with you, but we are looking forward to finally celebrating our marriage - it’s about time!
