An Award-Winning Love Story Unfolds On 5.18.19

We met as youngsters while attending Mt. Gilead Baptist Church here in Nashville, TN. As our involvement in church activities grew, our friendship continued to blossom. We developed a bond that could never be broken. We would often converse with each other, whether it was just sharing a laugh, updating each other on our families, or making sure that we were both doing okay and that things were alright. Two and a half years ago, the Lord saw fit to transition our friendship into a relationship. We are truly thankful that God chose to put us in each other's path. We are overjoyed about what the future holds for our union.
