When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs are needed by May 18th and will be returned to us via mail. If you are running into issues (i.e. postal service!) please reach out to us. If something comes up at the last minute and your RSVP needs to be changed, we just ask that you please let us know, thank you!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
As much as we love your children, we kindly request a child-free wedding. If you are wanting to bring your children to Florida, the hotel offers a babysitting service or can connect you with one in the area. Please reach out to us with any questions.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Our dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is formal. We ask that men wear a suit and women wear a dressy cocktail or evening dress. No part of the evening will be held on the beach or in the sand. However, the cocktail hour will be held on grass, so please keep in mind when you choose your footwear.

Do we have to stay on property?

Of course not, please stay wherever you feel most comfortable. We have listed options on our Travel page.

The room block appears to be full, who should I contact?
Answer
Emily and Rex. We are able to add rooms to the room block in increments, so long as there is availability from the hotel. Please book your rooms as early as possible so we have a better chance of adding more rooms. Additionally, you may contact the group reservations coordinator at PVIC (800-234-7842) with questions or concerns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation for guests staying off property, please be mindful of planning your own transportation to and from PVIC. There will be parking at the venue and Uber/Lyft are available as well. Please do not drink and drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Complimentary self-parking is available for both registered overnight guests and event attendees. Parking is conveniently located along the front circle of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club's main entrance or in the adjacent parking garage. Valet is available on property as well.
