Possible Flight Options Below: From Nashville : United to either Newark or Washington Dulles and then into Edinburgh. American Airlines direct to London then into Edinburgh. From Atlanta: Delta to Amsterdam and then into Edinburgh

Train

Train from London to Edinburgh

If you prefer to fly into London, there is an easy option to take the train to Edinburgh. The train leaves from London St. Pancreas at King's Cross and arrives in the center of Edinburgh at Edinburgh Waverly. This option takes approximately 4.5 hrs and is a beautiful trip.

Getting Around/Car Rental

Renting a car is simple in Scotland. There are numerous car rental companies at the Edinburgh airport, including Hertz, National, Avis, Alamo and Budget. These are located a short walk from the airport. There are also car rental companies in the city center if taking the train from London. Please note that Scotland drives on the left side of the road and automatic transmission vehicles can be pricey. Also Taxis and Ubers are readily available. Transportation for the wedding will be provided from the city center but for example - a taxi or Uber directly to Dundas Castle can take between 20-40 minutes depending on traffic. Depending on the time of day, Ubers and taxis range between £20-40 ($27-54).
