Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and our venue. Shuttles will arrive at 3:45pm so please be in the lobby prior to that.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle provided, please arrive at the venue by 4:15. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Bridesmaids are wearing rust and Groomsmen are wearing black.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you choose not to take the shuttle provided, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Our venue will work hard to make accommodations for food allergies. When RSVP-ing, please note any allergies on your menu card.
