Settle In
5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Casual attire
If you are staying with us on site at the venue or would like to get aquainted with the ground prior to the festivities the best time to arrive would be between 5pm and 7pm on Friday July 14th. This will give you plenty of time to get settled into your tent or cabin, explore the grounds, or even go for a quick swim or hike.
Welcome Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual Attire
After you have settled in please join us in the dining hall for a welcome and rehearsal dinner. This is open to all guests and is optional. We will be having tacos and drinks. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or considerations on the google doc.
First Night Bonfire
9:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Casual Attire
After dinner we invite you to hang out around the fire with us. Lets have a few drinks (not too many! Pace yourself, its only night one), listen to music, and enjoy good conversation with friends and family.

Ceremony
5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
Summer Semi Formal Attire. Examples: Linen or light weight suit, breathable button up dress shirts with slacks, flowy long dresses, mid length or cocktail dress, jumpsuit, low block heels, nice sandals, boots, dress shoes, clean sneakers or athletic shoes
Enjoy your day on the property, hang by the beach, go into town for brunch, read a book, or explore the woods. You don't need to be in your seats till 5:15. This will allow everyone a leisurely morning and less hot ceremony and reception.
Cocktail Hour
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Have a light snack and drink while you play some lawn game, throw an axe or shoot a bow and arrow. Now would also be a great time to do the guest book or take photos in the photobooth.
Reception
8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The dinner buffet will be served in the dining hall, after follow us out on to the dance floor under the tent to get the party started. If the tent is a bit too rowdy for you please feel free to hang out in the dining hall, we will have board games and other activities.
Till Death Do Us Dance Party
10:30 pm - 11:45 pm
It's time to kick the party up a notch and let loose. The kiddos and our more tame friends and family should take their leave. Feel free to change out of your wedding attire and into something more comfortable, this party is as much for you all as it is for us. Have fun and partake in some party favors responsibly. The fire and music will be going until the wee hours of the morning.

Happily Ever After Brunch

Feel free to sleep in a bit. We don't have to be out of the venue at a set time. We are planning on having a Happily Ever After Brunch in the dining hall around 1pm and then spending the day hanging out by the water and playing some lawn games. More details to come on this as we have not figured out food yet.
