Despite both going to Clemson and having multiple shared friends, fate kept us from meeting back then (or maybe just poor class scheduling - Jaxon was always in Cooper Library and Sarah was always at the bar). That all changed on Labor Day Weekend 2021, when the stars aligned—and by "stars," I mean the Clemson Tigers and Georgia Bulldogs—at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte (Clemson lost, but we don't talk about that). There we were, surrounded by orange, purple, and with our favorite people. Mid-tailgate, we started talking and quickly realized something wild: we lived just five minutes apart… in Denver, Colorado. Not Clemson. Not Charlotte. Denver. Like, "should we be carpooling to this game?" close. So naturally, we decided to keep the conversation going—because nothing bonds people quite like college football, mutual friends, and the shock of finding out your neighbor is at the same tailgate 1,500 miles from home. The rest is history :)
