Is smoking permitted?

Answer

The bride and many others in her family are highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Out of respect for them and all vulnerable guests, please refrain from smoking. If this is not possible for you, we and Canyon of the Eagles ask that you keep all smoking to the parking lot near your own vehicle. Thank you for your cooperation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. For women, think mini, knee-length, or midi cocktail dresses, or a dressy jumpsuit/pantsuit. For men, think suit and tie, or well-tailored blazer and dress pants. With the forecast now changing to a possible cold front, our ultimate goal is for all of our guests to be comfortable! And, if more formal is more comfortable to you, go for it! Please feel free to dress as necessary for the weather :)

Anything else I should know about the venue?

Canyon of the Eagles is located in the Texas Hill Country. It's a natural habitat for all sorts of wildlife, so be prepared to see some animal friends! And most importantly, remember to bring your bug spray!! You can find more about their policies here: https://canyonoftheeagles.com/more/policies/

Where can I stay?

Answer

There are rooms available at our venue: Canyon of the Eagles. Find more info under the Travel tab. There are also other local resorts, inns, and B&Bs in the area. If you prefer a more traditional hotel, you can find them in Burnet, about 20-25 minutes away from the venue.
