Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow for parking & walking to the ceremony site. The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. Please be mindful that after parking next to the event barn, you will need to cross the main road, walk past the white farmhouse, and down to the ceremony site behind the cottage and farmhouse. There will be team members helping direct guests to parking and safely crossing the street.
Yes, the ceremony and reception are both at Tops'l Farm and there is parking available by the gray event barn. Please only park at the event barn.
Cocktail Hour (4 PM to 5:15 PM) will be an open bar to thank guests for traveling to celebrate us, so have some drinks on us during cocktail hour! The reception will switch to a cash bar-only option (5:15 PM to 10:00 PM). The venue does accept cash and cards. They recommend starting a tab for the evening if using a card.
To give our guests the opportunity to enjoy without worrying about little ones, we are limiting our wedding to an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding.
All guests invited will be included on invitations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones for every guest due to our venue capacity. We appreciate your understanding & cant wait to celebrate with you on the day!
Weather permitting - the ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside. They will be taking place on a grassy field, so please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. Dinner & reception will be held inside the barn. See you all on the dance floor! If weather does not allow for an outdoor ceremony, the ceremony will be inside the Event Barn.
Semi-Formal/Cocktail. This dress code is slightly more relaxed than a formal event. Our colors scheme is olive green, black, gray, and tan. Although no obligation to do so, please feel free to wear something in that color scheme!
