Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

They will both be taking place on property at Olympia's Valley Estate.

What time will the shuttle be operating?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to take you to and from Hotel Petaluma and Olympia's Valley Estate, we have reserved enough shuttles for everyone who RSVP'd they would be using them. For everyone to arrive at the ceremony on time, the shuttles will be leaving Hotel Petaluma at 3:10pm. After the reception the shuttles will be available to take you back to the hotel starting at 9pm. If by chance you need to leave earlier, please talk to our coordinator Martha Romero to coordinate the day of.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We will be offering a free shuttle from the Petaluma Hotel. If you choose to drive, there is free parking on site for our wedding venue. Please let us know in your RSVP if you will be using the shuttle!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline has passed. This will help us meet our deadlines to provide final counts to our vendors.

Can I take photos during the cereomy?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for you to share them on social media with hashtag #happilyeverpulizzano. However, we did hire a professional photographer and a videographer, so please use your best discretion to not interrupt the ceremony.

Will there be a bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4pm, so please be mindful if you are driving yourself or taking our shuttle, to arrive in enough time. Our shuttles leave from the hotel at 3:10pm sharp, in order to get everyone to ceremony on time. If you RSVP'd that you need the shuttle, and miss it departing from the hotel, a self arranged Uber/Lyft/Taxi would can help you get there. We want to make sure we can start the party on time!

Can I bring a plus one?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be a primarily adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Our fabulous florist is creating our centerpieces beautifully for you to take home! They will be temporarily potted, and sat inside her beautiful decor pots and we want to make sure those are left behind for her to take home for future events. If you'd like to take them, please ensure you leave her decorative pots behind.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #happilyeverpulizzano so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
