Andrew and Caroline have a deep love and passion for music, which stems from their journey together. Both Andrew and Caroline were members of their high school marching band, where they first interacted with each other. There is a long-running joke of who set them up to go on their first date, however, they both know it was fate that brought them together. Caroline and her friend had set up a double date with Andrew and his best friend, but things didn't go as planned. Andrew and Caroline ended up going on the date alone and looking back, sometimes they think their friends did this on purpose! Caroline and Andrew are fortunate enough to have met so early in life and thus have been able to share all of the important and special moments in each other's lives. They have been by each other's side ever since.

Andrew knew he wanted to marry Caroline from the day he met her. He knew the perfect moment to ask her would be an intimate, yet celebratory scene for the both of them. On a spring trip to the beach, Andrew had planned a special dinner for him and Caroline consisting of some of the best Italian food they both have ever had. After dinner, Andrew took Caroline down to the beach to watch the sunset where he would get down on one knee. Andrew knew this moment was perfect and had been hiding the ring in his pocket the entire night, checking to make sure it was still there every few seconds. Andrew then asked Caroline to marry him. Caroline undoubtably said yes. They both cried, laughed and hugged each other and got to take in this special moment together.
