When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 1st. Take your time to consider travel, lodging, and personal plans.

When should I book lodging for the wedding?

Answer

We recommend securing lodging for our wedding ASAP. Black Butte is a popular summer destination so housing options can go quickly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal attire. We recommend long dresses (below the knees) for women, and suits for men (tie optional), or dressy separates. Feel free to wear fun colors, it's a summer wedding after all!

Are kids welcome?

Nope! Megan sees enough kids during the school year.

Is there transportation to and from hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will be shuttles to and from the venue to lodging WITHIN Black Butte Ranch. If you plan on staying outside of the Ranch, you will need to secure your own transportation. Please be aware that Lyft/Uber operate sparingly in this area.

Can I bring a date?

Invitees with +1s have been made aware of that. If you haven't received confirmation of a +1, please don't bring a date.

Yes, there is ample parking near the ceremony venue.

Yes. Please notify us of allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP and select your dinner option.
