Getting to The Wedding

The closest major airport is Salt Lake City, Utah. From there it is a forty-five minute drive to the wedding location in Park City. The area of Park City called Kimball Junction is closest to the wedding location. As Park City is a skiing destination and this is the off-season, there are many lodging options available in the town. Please see below for some of our recommendations.

The Wedding Location

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at a luxury private cabin less than twenty minutes north of the Kimball Junction area of Park City, and thirty minutes north of downtown Park City. There is plenty of parking at the location. The gate code to enter the property is 0501.

Travel Note

Transportation from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City

You can ride a Canyon Transport shuttle from the Salt Lake City Airport to many different locations in Park City, including all of the hotels listed here. Make a reservation on the website using your flight information. Rides start at $43. The Holiday Inn Express and Best Western hotels are locations that the shuttle service drives to. Search for "Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park City" or "Best Western Plus Landmark Inn" as the "To" location. For the Newpark Hotel or AC Hotel by Marriott, request shuttle service to the specific address of the hotel. Enter "Park City (address)" as the "To" location and then enter the address when completing your reservation.

Shuttle from Hotels to Wedding Location

We will provide a van shuttle to and from the wedding location for the hotels listed here. The van will pick up before the wedding from from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 1501 W Ute Blvd, Park City, UT, at 3:15pm and return to this same location after the wedding at about 9pm. If you are staying at the Newpark Hotel, the Holiday Inn is a short .25 mile walk. If you are staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott, the Holiday Inn is less than a mile away.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park City

We have a discounted rate at this hotel for our wedding guests. When you call to book tell them you would like to book with the "Ermann Wedding" group rate. You will make this reservation directly with the hotel, you should not be transferred to reservations. The discounted rates are $92 for a standard king room, $99 for a double queen room, and $109 for a king suite, which is an oversized room with a pull-out bed. These rates will be available until September 8. This hotel is located in Kimball Junction, which is the area of Park City that is closest to the wedding location. It is right off I-80, which you will take driving in from Salt Lake City, and a little less than a twenty minute drive to the wedding location. The hotel is pet friendly and breakfast is included with all stays.

This hotel is located in Kimball Junction, which is the area of Park City that is closest to the wedding location. It is off I-80, which you will take driving in from Salt Lake City, and a little less than a twenty minute drive to the wedding location. It has very nice rooms with a local mountain-modern flare. Standards rooms include a kitchenette and upgraded suites include a full kitchen. Rooms start at about $130.

This hotel is located in Kimball Junction, which is the area of Park City that is closest to the wedding location. It is right off I-80, which you will take driving in from Salt Lake City, and a little less than a twenty minute drive to the wedding location. This is a new hotel with a minimalist, mountain-ski lodge vibe. It is pet friendly. Rooms start at about $140.
