The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive around 4:00 to 4:15 pm to ensure that you have enough time to park and find your seat.
Children are absolutely welcome to join us for the celebration! Just a heads-up: after 8:30 p.m., the music may shift to a more lively, adult vibe—so feel free to plan accordingly for the little ones.
There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Please keep in mind that this is a working buffalo ranch, and while they may seem cute and cuddly they can be dangerous! Also be on the lookout for other things such as bugs and snakes!
For dinner we will be providing a smoked chopped beef sandwich with all the fixings, cowboy beans, pasta salad, potato salad, and coleslaw.
