Going to Tennessee Titans games have been such a huge part of our relationship and some of our favorite memories come from the games and pregame tailgates. In the 2025 draft, the Titans got the #1 pick and everyone was excited for the 2025 season home opener. Everyone had convinced Laken that they got tickets for the game to see our new quarterback’s home debut. We got to the tailgate and set up with the usual group, then more of our friends started arriving. Taylor and Stephanie grabbed Laken to take their signature photo - what started out as a candid moment a few years ago, had became a staple in their pregame routine. The three took their photos, and as they did, Chris snuck behind them and was down on one knee with a ring in hand. All of their friends were gathered around and were able to celebrate with them afterwards. Laken is not the easiest to surprise, and Chris can never keep a secret, but he managed to pull it off! People that were in the nearby hotel managed to capture the moment as well - there was even a Reddit thread and a Tiktok made about them. Once they arrived into the stadium, the Titans staff stepped up to help them celebrate by delivering gifts to their seats throughout the game. It was the perfect day!
