Is the wedding on the beach?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception are not on the beach. Our venue is located on the Bay side of the island so there will still be gorgeous views but no worries of getting your nice attire sandy!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 11:00am, please arrive between 10:40-10:50am to ensure enough time to be seated before the ceremony.

What's the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is the primary airport for the region. Other good options are Pensacola International Airport (PNS) and North West Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are tons of hotels and condos to stay at within 10 minutes of the venue! Some personal favorites are the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Walton, Waterscape Condominiums, and The Beal House Hotel. If you don't mind a bit of travel Destin has a bunch of great options as well (its only 20-30 minutes away).

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire for our ceremony is cocktail. Our wedding is not ON the beach but we are AT the beach so please wear brightly colored dresses, slacks, dress shirts, and more! Men, you do not need to wear a jacket. You will be walking on grass to get to the ceremony so women keep that in mind when choosing shoes :)

Will there be food served?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony will be the reception where lunch and drinks will be served. There will be an open bar.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go to the RSVP tab on this website and search up your name. You will see your name and any other name in your party, you will then be able to RSVP yes or no for each individual person. If you are not able to make it, you will surely be missed but please be sure to RSVP "no" if you are not attending!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our venue has given us a capacity limit, therefore we are not able to accommodate those not listed under your party when you RSVP - thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have plenty of photographers and videographers covering our wedding so we ask you to reframe from taking any pictures during the ceremony.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

YES PLEASE! Although we ask you to not take pictures during the ceremony, afterwards is a different story! The scenery is beautiful so take those Instagram pics and if you post, please use our #puckettwedding2026 so we can see all the fun had on our special day!!
