Sarah and I have been best friends since Pre-k at Chapel Hill Christian School. Her family is my second family. We've had great adventures including our pre-teen obsession with horses, hiking, bike riding, love of Mediterranean food, supporting one another at sports events, lakeside views and more! She truly has a heart of GOLD.

Hannah and I have been best friends since 7th Grade. I still remember becoming friends during volleyball practice with Coach Miller. Hannah and I love black friday shopping, Zac Efron, painting our nails, special spa days, quoting "Finding Nemo", our infamous pizza dip, and more! I adore being "Auntie" to her Landon and Lincoln. She's a DIAMOND in the rough.

Chili sista! Lish and I met at the Naz (MVNU), and had a sweet time playing Sunday soccer, flag football, taking classes together, watching Sue Thomas F.B.I., throwing candy corn/peanuts and more. We would attend a chili cook off every year with our social sciences department, and were mistakenly asked if we were sisters (she being Puerto Rican), (myself being Welsh). We will never forget how funny that was! I'm so grateful she's in my life. She's AMAZING.

Twinkx! Katie and I met at the Naz (MVNU). We were roommates my Junior year, and practiced our British accents together working in Admissions. LOVE thrift shopping, playing soccer, and shouting to music with this one. What memories we have of house sitting my prof's mansion, shopping too early for Christmas decorations, and Chiptole nights with TLC. Love laughing with her-she's a KEEPER.
Kaitlyn Mawhinney

Kaitlyn and I met in our young adult group (FFL) while I was in graduate school! We quickly became workout buddies, and boy was I glad to have a friend like her! Kaitlyn is loads of fun, and we love swing/salsa dancing, shopping at Sam's club, and watching "Say Yes to the Dress". My family has adopted her for holidays as one of their own. Love her "go getter mentality". She's a true SWEETHEART!
Carrie Jones

Carrie and I met at church! Carrie is a bundle of excitement and sass, and I adore her! Carrie and I love buying beach attire, eating Aladdin's hummus, screaming to TSWIFTY in the car, and giving pedicures. She can throw a killer- themed party at the drop of a hat, and has the best sense of humor EVA. Carrie's got it going on! Everyone wants to be near this CHICK.
Lizzie Parsons

Lizzie and I met at FFL (Friends for Life) too-specifically ultimate frisbee. Lizzie is shall I say, "thefullpackage". Lizzie has the most contagious laugh known to man, and is incredibly thoughtful. She and I enjoy ultimate frisbee, beach vacations, Nancy Drew nights, BREAKFAST, and enabling our shoe/swimsuit addictions. She has been such an encouraging friend to me. She is GORGEOUS inside and out.
Dustin Ivey
Best Man
There’s nobody I’ve spent more time with in the past 5 years than my best man Dustin. Originally met at church, we quickly hit it off and became great friends. We decided to because real estate agents, and as partners we became top agents. It’s been great being roommates with Dustin over the past couple years. We’ve done so many awesome things together - cruises, beach vacations, several mission trips, and of course many great times at church and serving together. I’m looking forward to our relationship growing in a new way after the wedding. The days of rooming together may be over, but I think the best is yet to come. It’s a real privilege to have Dustin as the man!
Jon Dawson

Jon is my only older brother, which caused some serious competitive battles over the years. He was always an awesome leader, both to the 3 brothers and in sports. Flashback: I’ll never forget this. I was playing on the JV team as a running back, and of course Jon was on the Varsity team playing against us. There was this one play that I ran the ball and totally juked him out and the whole team went crazy! He definitely never let that happen again. In all seriousness, Jon is a really great big brother. He brings out the best in us, and it’s awesome to see him work so hard in medical sales. Who could be a better pick to be by my side than my own big brother!
Drew Dawson

Drew is my second youngest brother, but wins the gold metal in being cool. Incredible style, thick beard and great set of hair, Drew is just really cool. Quick flashback: When we were young, I told Drew that on windy days you can take an umbrella and jump off the swing set and fly away like Mary Poppins. He tried it. He must not have jumped at the right time, because he came crashing straight down! Being just two grades higher than Drew it was a privilege playing sports with him. It was a sad day when he grew taller than me, but at least I got all his clothes he outgrew. Drew is an emerging financial analyst and I’m excited to see him grow professionally. Awesome brother and privilege to have by my side.
Marc Dawson

Marc is my youngest brother - with so many great qualities. Definitely the “Curious George” in our family, Marc’s desire to learn has been awesome to see over the years. Finishing up nursing school, he will definitely bless many patients over his career. One of my greatest memories with Marc was building my house. He was over all the time helping me frame it out, and I’ll appreciate that forever. Too many memories to count, but my little brother is always willing to help and gives the best back cracks and massages. The type of brother everyone would like to have.
Josh Galayda

Josh and I go way back to grade school. One of the few friends I’ve stayed close with, Josh is a guarantee good time. He’s laid back, down for anything, and super kind to everyone. Some of our best times were country concerts, pool side parties and watching each other in sports. Now he is a big dog Lawyer, I’m looking forward to working with him professionally. So happy to have this longtime friend by my side.
Mazen Hasan

Perhaps the closest person to “brother from a different mother” - Mazen is pretty much the coolest dude and he doesn’t have to try. I’ve had so many good laughs with this guy. Sponge-bob references never get old, and Maz can quote every episode. I can honestly say Maz has shaped my life for the better, teaching me to not take life too serious and enjoy the little things. Only mistake he made was leaving Valmark (where I work) for Progressive for a small pay bump. Looking forward to seeing his future business ventures and hoping to be a part of them. A true friend and honor to have by my side.
Micah Nine

I knew Micah back in grade school, but we’ve gotten really close in recent years. He’s got this sarcastic sense of humor on the outside, but get to know him deeper and you will find one of the most thoughtful, genuine person that you will ever meet. We’ve screwed decks, pounded pavers and had the best conversations doing it. He thinks he can take me one-on-one in ultimate frisbee (emphasis on thinks). Definitely one of the greatest guys I know (and single - nudge nudge).

Sammi is our flower girl! She is niece to "Auntie" Sarah (Matron of Honor), and is 2 years old (soon to be 3). We adore sweet Sammi, and can't wait to celebrate together.
