We're Getting married!

Brendan and I met while studying at Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. With mutual friends and apartments only a block from each other, we undergraduates were bound to cross paths. Circa August 2016, my roommates convinced me to go to a party on Duke Street. While at the party, my roommates introduced me to their friends - Brendan being one of them. Our first conversation involved me asking him to share the Chips Ahoy cookies he was snacking on. He graciously obliged and we have been sharing a piece of life together ever since. :)

Brendan's thoughtful and genuine personality shined on this day; he took me to the place where it all began. After months of secret preparation, Labor Day weekend was here and the weather was glorious. Brendan took me to Pinnacle Overlook, the highest point in Lancaster County, and the home of one of our first dates as college undergrads. After reliving memories of our first, nervous moments as a couple, he got down on one knee and proposed. I scream/shouted "YES!" and now we are engaged! We are incredibly excited for this new chapter in our lives! Thank you for celebrating with us. :)
