Question
When should my RSVP be submitted?
Answer
RSVP on our site will be available once you have received your formal invitation (not the Save the Date). Please complete this no later than September 24th. This will ensure we have accurate counts for our lovely vendors. Thanks in advance!

Who all is included on my invitation?
Answer
When the RSVP section is available on our website, you will be able to see the number of people included with your invitation (ex. 1, 2, 3, etc.) and if there is a plus one allotted. Please note, this will be the max number we have reserved for your party.

When should I book my hotel?
Answer
Liberty University is having an evening football game on 11/04/2023. This is also their Homecoming date! Because this will likely lead to extra patronage in the area, we recommend booking your hotel as soon as you know if you can join us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Arrive no later than 2:45 to ensure you can park and get your ceremony seat. We will be starting the ceremony at 3pm and won't be able to have you seated if you arrive after the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
This wedding is semi-formal attire. The wedding party will be in suits and full length dresses, but not tuxedos and gowns. Keep in mind: both the ceremony and reception will be outside (pending weather, of course!), so bring shoes you don't mind wearing outside in manicured grass. Southwest Virginia can get chilly in late fall, so consult your weather app before you head our way (bring a light jacket for after sunset, just in case!)

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation for wedding events, but most places you would need to be are within 10-15 minutes of each other. There are plenty of car rental places in the area, as well. Keep in mind, Lynchburg is where Liberty University is located, which is a larger university in Southwest Virginia. Because of this, there will likely be some Ubers/Lyfts available, but we aren't sure the availability this weekend. Please keep this in mind if you choose to have an alcoholic drink during the wedding reception. Liberty University is having their Homecoming on wedding day, so please take note of this with traffic and travel time!

Are you registered? Where?

We've lived together for a while now, so we've created a way for our friends and family to contribute to various funds - honeymoon, travel, and home improvements. We also created a physical gift registry of things that would help complete our home in this next chapter of our lives. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please notate this in the RSVP section about food allergies and restrictions! Sierra is gluten and dairy free herself, so she understands the importance of this! We will do our best to accommodate and provide options for those with dietary restrictions. Of course, please keep in mind the likelihood of cross-contamination, as all food will be prepared in the same kitchen.

Is there designated parking for the wedding?
Answer
Yes! There will be a parking attendant when you arrive that will direct you where needed. Please let them know when you arrive if you have someone that needs assistance with getting to the ceremony area before you park your vehicle.
