Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire, such as cocktail-length dresses/suit and tie (long dresses are also OK! No such thing as too dressed up!) Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. The ceremony and reception will all be held indoors.

Question

What is the timeline breakdown?

Answer

The venue opens to begin greeting guests at 5pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm (if you are late you may be asked to wait in the cocktail room until ceremony has ended so there are no disturbances- so if you wish to attend our ceremony, please be on time) Cocktail hour is 6-7:30pm, followed by dinner and dancing until midnight.

Question

What are my transportation options?

Answer

If you are staying at one of our wedding block hotels, we have a shuttle service that will bring you to and from the venue (please ask for the pick up time during check in- return shuttles begin at 11pm) If you are going home or staying elsewhere, Uber/Lyft are always great options and readily available in this area. We will also have complimentary valet parking, but please only drive if you are not planning to indulge in our open bar. While there is no charge, tipping is encouraged but not required

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Ideally, you should be doing it now while you’re here (RSVP tab is on top of page!) Our official deadline is April 20. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only if listed by name on the invitation

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer/videographer to be able to capture the best footage (which we will share with you all!). Once the ceremony is over, you are encouraged to take as many pictures as you would like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you- get ready to party!

Question

Where do I select my dinner option?

Answer

We will have a short list of options to choose from that day and you will order directly from the wait staff when seated. They have informed us that they will be able to accommodate vegan/vegetarian diets day-of. However, If you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please contact Steph or Peyton today and we will reach out to make sure it is addressed beforehand.

Question

Where’s the afterparty???

Answer

Yessss that’s what I like to hear!! The Marriott has a hotel bar that stays open late, but there are also lots of great places to wander between northern liberties and old city. We will debrief with whoever is still standing at the end of the reception ;)

For all the days along the way
