Yes - our resort requires that all wedding guests stay on property in order to attend the events. This helps keep everything easy, fun, and all in one place for everyone!
To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.
Please use the link provided in the Travel tab to book your stay within our wedding room block. Booking through the block ensures you receive the discounted group rate and are properly included on our guest list. Kindly note that the cutoff date to secure the group rate is July 16, 2026.
Transportation can be arranged directly through the resort’s partnered transportation company. You can find more information and request airport transportation using the link under the Travel tab labeled “Airport Transportation.”
Dress to impress, but keep it coastal! For men, think linen or lightweight dress pants with a collared shirt - jackets are optional, and ties aren’t needed. For women, long or midi dresses in soft, flowy fabrics fit the setting beautifully. The ceremony will take place on the beach, so ladies, please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adult only event.
Nope! Your all-inclusive plan means the margaritas, tacos, room service, and even the snacks in your room are already taken care of. Standard tips for the staff are also covered, so you can just focus on the fun. If you find someone who provides truly "above and beyond" service, you’re welcome to toss them a little extra - we recommend bringing some $1s and $5s for that reason. Just keep an eye out for marked "specialty items" on the menu (like lobster or premium wine) which do carry an additional fee.
Late October is warm and tropical, with sunny days in the mid-80s to low-90s °F and evenings around 70°F. The ocean is perfect for swimming, and most days are bright with plenty of sunshine. Since it’s the end of rainy season, you might see a quick afternoon or evening shower, but nothing that lasts long.
Our ceremony will take place on the beach, with a reception to follow in a covered outdoor space.
We are so grateful for the time, effort, and love it takes to join us for our destination wedding. Your presence truly means the world to us, and we do not expect gifts. For those who have asked, we have put together a small registry for convenience.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to Maddie or Dalton (who will promptly forward your question to Maddie 😉)
