What time should I arrive by?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 we asking guests to kindly arrive by 4:15.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but, should you wish to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon or home renovations would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is Garden Party Formal. We invite guests to lean into the garden party theme by encouraging you to wear something with color and embrace patterns/textures! When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP tab will open once formal invitations are sent out. We kindly ask for our guests to RSVP by May 10, 2026

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our venue has limited space and we’re keeping the guest list to those named on the invitation. We hope you’ll take this as a chance to enjoy a fun date night!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The entire celebration will be at Braestone Farm! Weather permitting we are hoping to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside followed by an indoor reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have lined up a shuttle for our guests. There will be transportation to the wedding and back to the hotel. The bus will pick up guests and depart from the Fairfield Hotel at 3:45pm. There will be shuttles departing from the wedding back to the hotel at the end of the night at 11:00pm and 12:30am. Guests who are not staying at the hotel are welcome to use the shuttle as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is lots of parking onsite, the parking lot will be marked with signage. Please do not drink and drive. You can leave your vehicles parked in the lot until 11:30 the next morning, please utilize the shuttle that is provided or uber/taxi home.
