The booking window for making your reservation is March 20 to August 5, 2024, and the travel dates that you can book for are October 2 to 10, 2024. We also suggest booking as early as possible to get the room category you would like. Due to the popularity of this resort, the more popular rooms tend to go fast! You can either call in or book through the website (phone number and website link below). When you book your room, it is very important to remember to use this promo code to get the discounted rate – ACWOCT24XRC. Be sure to select the "refundable" rate and "Suite Only", not "Suite + Flight". Book flight separately through your desired source. You will only be charged $1 to hold your reservation and then final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are trying to book online and it comes up that there is no availability or restricted dates, you will need to call in your reservation.
