Are there hotels available?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Hotels section under Travel. There you will find the address and phone number of our preferred hotel. We have plenty of rooms blocked off; but please book before May 19, 2021 to ensure there are rooms available.

What transportation options are available?

Answer

There is a shuttle provided that will run from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony and returning to the hotel during/after the reception. There is plenty of parking available on site. Due to the rural nature of the venue we do not recommend relying on a taxi or ride share service..

Is this a kid-friendly event?

We're rowdy rugby players; to ensure that everyone has a good time, please plan to leave the kiddos at home.

Is there camping?

Yes! Please let us know ASAP if you plan to camp. Please note that if you camp there will not be access to running water or showers, however, restrooms are available.

What type of footwear is appropriate?

We will be outside on grass and gravel. Leave the Louboutins at home

What is the dress code?

Garden Party dress- this means sun dresses, linen slacks, blouses, collared shirts, khakis/chinos, and flats. Please, no jeans, shorts, or sneakers. Please be aware that this venue is outdoors on grass and gravel.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is a rural farm in Greenville, OH. The ceremony, dinner, and reception will all be outdoors. In case of rain, we have arrangements to conduct the dinner and reception under a tent.
