Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is black tie optional. For men, we recommend black formalwear, tuxedos encouraged. For women, we recommend ankle or floor length dresses and jumpsuits.

Can I bring a date or other guests?

Answer

Due to space, we cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited guests will be named on your invitation or listed in the RSVP section under your party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:40 PM to get seated before our ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 PM.

Please submit your response under the RSVP section no later than March 1, 2025.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at our venue. However, we encourage local guests to use a rideshare service if imbibing. Transportation will be provided to and from hotel blocks for guests booked under our blocks.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at our hotel blocks. Transportation will depart from the Hotel at Avalon and the Courtyard Hotel Avalon (next door to the Even/IHG hotel) at 5 PM for booked guests and return following the end of the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please reach out to Mike or Olivia if you have a dietary restriction that is not accommodated by the meal choices.
