The ceremony will promptly start at 3:30 p.m. and we would love for all guests to be seated at least 15 minutes prior. The address listed on the invitation will take you to Berry College's front entrance. Please take into consideration that it is another 15-20 minute drive to the chapel once you are on Berry's campus, and entrance will not be granted once the ceremony begins. There is a detailed list of directions listed on Berry College's website, but we also have a link below that you can copy and paste into your web browser. https://www.berry.edu/event-services/_assets/driving-directions-to-frost-chapel.pdf
It is about a 30-40 minute drive from Frost Chapel to Rose Lawn. We understand that traveling to different locations can be a hassle, so if you would prefer to attend only the ceremony or reception we kindly ask that you include that in your RSVP.
Frost Chapel: Guests may park at the bottom of the hill in front of the chapel. We ask that the parking area adjacent to the chapel be reserved for the wedding party or guests with limited mobility. Rose Lawn: Guests may park at the Bartow County Library or the Bartow County Courthouse. We ask that the parking area at Rose Lawn be reserved for guests with limited mobility or the wedding party.
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
If you RSVP after the deadline listed on the invitation, you will be marked as "unable to attend". While we will miss your presence, we have a strict deadline with vendors and cannot change the headcount once it is submitted to them. We appreciate your understanding!
It's a big day and we want to see you dressed for the occasion! We are requesting semi-formal attire. This includes mid to floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits for men (please no jeans). Don't forget to wear your best pair of dancing shoes! Please note that the ceremony will take place indoors, while the reception will be mainly outdoors on a lawn.
