Venue Arrival
3:45 pm
We kindly ask that guests arrive between 3:45–3:55 PM to ensure a timely and uninterrupted ceremony. Please enjoy the views on your way to the ceremony space, find a seat on either side of the aisle, and settle in for the celebration.
Ceremony
4:00 pm
Join us as we say "I Do"! We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please take this time to unplug, silence and put away phones and cameras, and share in this special moment.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm
As we take a few moments to capture memories with our families and our bridal party, please sip, snack, and celebrate during cocktail hour. Our reception area should become available for you around 5:00pm. We'll join you as soon as we can!
Reception
5:30 pm
The reception space will open at 5:00 PM as cocktail hour continues. Guests are invited to start finding their tables at this time. We’ll then make our grand entrance between 5:30–5:45 PM to begin the celebration with our first dance and a few heartfelt toasts. As our wedding day comes to a close, the reception is expected to end at 10:00 PM. Thank you for celebrating these unforgettable moments with us.
