Covid Testing Requirements
Answer
Planet Hollywood is providing on-site Covid-19 viral tests for guests traveling by air from the United States. The viral testing will be carried out by a medical professional in a designated area of the resort and we strongly encourage guests to schedule their appointment upon arrival to the property through the Guest Services team. Test results will be available the same day and will be delivered to the guest’s room or available at the front desk.

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Answer
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico. Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada or UK. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here. If in doubt, please get in touch with your local Mexican embassy.

What time is check-in and check-out at Planet Hollywood Cancún?
Answer
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Indian Destination Wedding will be given priority on early check-in times as they will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
