Wedding Timeline
WEDDING:
Breakfast: 8am at Louies Lounge
Baraat: 9am at Barrel Tower
Ceremony: 10am at Champagne Courtyard
Lunch: 11:30am at Vineyard Ballroom
Transportation will not be provided for this event
RECEPTION:
Cocktail Hour: 6pm at Champagne Cocktail Room
Reception: 7:30pm at Champagne Ballroom
Afterparty: 12am at Speakeasy
Shuttles will start at 5:00pm from Fairfield Inn and depart every 15 mins until 6:00 pm. Bridal party should prioritize the earlier shuttles for pictures.
Please note - the larger coach bus will depart at 5:30pm. We ask majority of our guests be ready in the hotel lobby by 5:20pm for this pick up.
Shuttles will depart from Renault to both hotels starting at 10:15pm with continuous trips until 1:45 am.
***If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, the shuttle will arrive at 5:15pm and depart at 5:30pm. If you miss this shuttle, please make your way to the Fairfield Inn for additional shuttles.***
