Is testing required?

Answer

As of April 1, 2021, NYC rules require proof of vaccination (electronic or paper). If you have proof of vaccination you DO NOT need to be tested. If you do not have proof of vaccination or are not vaccinated, you must present a negative COVID PCR test at the event. The test must be conducted at most 72 hours and at least 6 hours (rapid test) before the event. We will continue to keep you posted on updates

If I am vaccinated do I need to be tested before the wedding?

Answer

No! But be sure to bring proof of vaccination! This can be electronic or paper. These rules may change.

How many guests will be at the event?

Answer

Approximately 150 people which is less than 50% of the venue capacity.

Is it open seating?

Answer

Due to safety reasons, we will assign table seating for you all. We will try to keep households/families together.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We kindly and respectfully prefer no boxed gifts. Thank you!

Do I need to wear a mask at the event?

Answer

Yes! Except when you are seated at your table, eating and drinking.

What do I wear to this event?

Answer

Indian attire is preferred. That means sherwanis or Kurtas for men, saris, lehengas, salwars for females. If you do not have any or do not feel comfortable feel free to wear what you like but glam it up! If you would like to rent an outfit you can visit www.Almaripret.com

Answer

As of now approximately 80% of our guests are fully vaccinated.
