Budget's discounts are driven by the days of the rentals. For the person renting from Thursday evening and returning on Sunday morning they may only see a discount of 10% due to the fact those days already have the weekend discount attached to them. Someone flying in and picking up a rental on Wednesday and returning it the following Monday or Tuesday will see the larger discount. Reminder: All rentals are subject to a driver’s license check and all drivers should be 25 or older with a major credit card. Any drivers between the age of 21-24 will incur an underage fee of $27 a day.
