FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible once you receive your formal invitation. If you do not RSVP by September 1st, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will be limited to children in our families. If your children are invited to the wedding, their names will be included with yours when you RSVP. We’d be happy to have your children join us at our welcome party even if they are not included on your wedding invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or formal attire. We suggest guests wear suits or dresses of any length. Bridesmaids will be in black.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please indicate on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so we can make accommodations to your meal at the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive at 4:00 pm to be seated. This allows time to enjoy a champagne greeting and get seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Question

How should I plan transportation for the wedding day?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding. The shuttle will arrive at The Golden Hotel at 3:30 pm to take guests to the wedding venue and will return to the wedding at 10:00 pm to take guests back to downtown Golden. If you do not plan to use the shuttle transportation, services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Golden, Evergreen and the surrounding area. The venue also offers a large parking lot with the option for overnight parking.
