The Roundhouse

There is a lovely boutique hotel at the wedding venue. The hotel has a minimum 2-night stay, and unfortunately we do not have a discount code. You will be in very close walking distance to the wedding venue and the rest of Beacon's Main Street.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from The Roundhouse

June 6, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:45 pm

A shuttle will be running from SpringHill Suites boarding at 3:15 pm, leaving SpringHill Suites at 3:30 pm, picking up at Hilton Garden Inn at 3:40 pm, and arriving at the venue by 4 pm. Shuttles will be leaving the venue both at 9 pm and at 10:15 pm, dropping off guests first at SpringHill Suites and then at Hilton Garden Inn.

After selecting “Book a Room”, click “Edit Your Stay” to adjust your check-in and checkout dates. The discounted group rate is only available for the dates listed above. Guests can also call the hotel directly at 845-896-7100 by referencing the group name, "Russell & Miranda's Wedding" or with the group code "908". Guests must reserve by May 6, 2026 in order to receive this rate.
