Reception will follow after Wedding Ceremony around 6:30pm at The Harrisburg Civic Club.

What to expect upon arrival at The Harrisburg BIC Church.

Answer

Follow parking and entrance signs. *Sign the Wedding Registry Book, which will be located at the entrance door. *Seating is not formal we are all family and friends so sit where you are comfortable (right or left) with the exception of "Reserved" seating section. *Follow the direction of the Wedding Coordinator and Ushers as you file in and out of the church. Also, follow the direction of the Wedding Coordinator and Pastor during the ceremony.

What to expect upon arrival at The Harrisburg Civic Club.

Answer

Limited parking is available along the side of the building for handicapped and Seniors. *Follow the signs for building entrance. *Upon entering the building please visit Bride & Groom memorabilia table. *Cocktail hour will be held on first floor. Dining, Entertainment, and Dancing will later proceed on the second floor when prompted by Wedding Coordinator. There will be plenty of entertainment, and you can even take a quick break from it all by sitting outside or walking along the river. Have a great time and please drink and drive responsibly. Be vigilant when crossing Front Street.

What time does the Fireworks start at the river July 25th after the Senators game?

Answer

There will be a fireworks display starting between 9PM & 9:30PM. A limited supply of sparklers will also be provided at that time.

Between 7:00PM and 7:30PM. Guests will be escorted upstairs into Ball Room Dinning area at the appropriate time.
