Do I need a visa to travel to Brazil?

Yes. U.S. passport holders are required to obtain a Brazilian visa to enter Brazil. We recommend applying 2–3 months in advance to avoid delays, link for the website in the travel page.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle van will be provided to transport guests from select hotels in Recreio to the wedding venue. Additional details and schedules will be shared closer to the wedding date.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is tropical elegant. Women: Elegant, wedding-appropriate dresses Men: Social attire, such as dress pants with a button-down shirt or a lightweight suit. Shorts are not permitted. Ties are optional. Please avoid wearing white.

March is warm and tropical in Rio de Janeiro, with temperatures typically ranging from 75–88°F (24–31°C). We recommend lightweight and breathable fabrics.
