What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We are on the beach so we want you to be comfortable while still matching our beautiful reception decor! The ceremony is on the beach so wear shoes you can walk in the sand with! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors but the weather should be warm and comfortable.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the beach; accessible with parking at the Shad Street Public Access. It is about a block from the vacation home the reception will be at. The reception will be held after our pictures are done on the beach. Feel free to stick around for pictures or head back to the house for a cocktail while you wait! The address for the reception is 1031 Corolla Drive. Corolla, NC 27927.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our theme is tropical (we're getting married on the beach, duh)! Feel free to dress in tropical prints or colors, but not required!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We are planning to do the bachelor and bachelorette parties while at the beach so we can celebrate with friends and family as much as possible. No official plans have been made but if you want to be included, please let us know so we can include you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm sharp. Please arrive about 30 minutes prior to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The reception should start around 7 pm after our photographer finishes with our beach photos and we get back to the house. Stay and enjoy the beach or head to the reception and grab a cocktail while you wait for us!

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is free parking available at the Shad St Beach Access. It is about a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the reception. The reception house has a generous driveway as well as street parking. Please do not block the neighboring driveways!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love you *and* your little ones. We hope they enjoy the beach and dancing as much as we do!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest," please bring whomever you'd like to enjoy the wedding with! Otherwise, please only bring those indicated on your invitation as we are strict on budgeting and planning.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than August 15, 2022. You can mail in your RSVP cards or scan the QR with your smartphone camera to RSVP on our wedding website!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We will have cocktails, beer, wine, and champagne, as well as a buffet dinner with a few choices to please everyone. Vegetarian options will be available!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Please do! We have a photographer but it would be so nice to see everyone's pictures and memories from the evening. If you post on social media, you can use our hashtag #HanthonyGetsHitched

What options are there for lodging?

Answer

We have an agreement with the Hampton Inn & Suites in Corolla. You will receive 15% off of available rooms on a first come, first serve agreement by mentioning the Prisbylla/Auberzinski wedding. AirBNB is also a great option if you prefer your own place or they are full.
