Is this a BYOB event?

No the bride and groom will be providing an open bar experience with unlimited wine cocktails and mocktails. No outside food or beverages are permitted at the venue….

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes the bride and groom politely request formal ALL BLACK or BURGUNDY (NO RED) attire only. Please think Met Gala.. Mens shirts must have a collar mandarin collars are welcomed (Short or Long Sleeve is totally acceptable) and wear dress shoes. There are no sneakers allowed.(regardless of the brand) There are no jeans allowed.. Ladies no dress or gown is too fancy for this celebration. Please feel free to do it up while remembering there is no white allowed. And please everyone bring a pair of black sunglasses….

Are men required to wear a suit jacket?

Absolutely not any black or burgundy long or short sleeve shirt with a collar or mandarin collar is acceptable and the bride and groom look forward to their guests being cool and comfortable….

Is the wedding ceremony outdoors or indoor?

Answer

A fun fact about the bride and groom, they have always envisioned/dreamed of an outdoor ceremony. While the ceremony is outdoors the reception will have both outdoor and indoor seating options..

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No there are no plus ones this celebration is invite only and the bride and groom look forward to celebrating their union with their closest family and friends.

Is Parking Available?

Answer

If you have a rental parking is available at no additional cost… The bride and groom are graciously providing transportation back from the reception to Rio Hotel and Casino!

Will there be vegan options?

Answer

Yes there will be vegan options available as well as seafood…

What happens if I don’t reserve?

Answer

Unfortunately the venue requires a guest reservation, the bride and groom has to as well. (Word of mouth can not be accepted) If you do not reserve by March 1, 2025 the bride and groom will understand your communicating that you will not be able to attend..
