Jordan's Point of View: "We met on spring break in St. Pete, Florida, in March of 2010. We did not know each other at all, and somehow we went to the same high school, lived near each other, and I played softball with Austin's sister. I truly thought Austin was some strange kid, but we still continued to hang out with each other after spring break. Although there was nothing 'there' at that time, over the next few months after spring break we got to know each other better and better. In May of 2010, we finally started dating."
Jordan's Point of View: "We were on vacation in June of 2015 at Panama City Beach, Florida. We went out to dinner, and Austin decided that we should take a walk on the pier. He must of not realised it was a fishing pier, so the smell was awful. He said he originally planned to propose at the pier, but quickly changed his mind once the smell hit him. Next we went to an arcade, we decided to get into a photo booth and take pictures. Of course, the photo booth would not take our money. His back up plan for the proposal had now fallen through. The last back up plan was the beach. We took a walk on the beach during the sunset. We were both drawing in the sand, and he asked me to come read what he had written. You know that part of the beach where the sand is too soft it collapses on itself? Well he had written 'Marry me?' in that part of the sand. I had to ask him what it said, since I was unable to read the collapsing sand. I turned around as he was answering me and ran right into him. After a few laughs, I said yes! Although a goofy proposal, it was still cute and memorable."
