Unfortunately, NO children are not allowed due to the nature of the venue and event. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, there is free parking at the wedding venue, so if you rent a car, there is space available for your vehicle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
If you sleep at the Select Hill hotel ( wedding venue), you won't need transportation as everything will take place at the same resort; however, if you choose the Markata & Peshkut- Chateau Linza Hotel, it is only a 6-minute drive from the wedding venue; therefore, we are discussing arranging group transportation with the venue. Further details will be shared closer to the date. Alternatively, you can use local facilities such as taxis.

What is the nearest Airport?

The nearest airport is Tirana International Airport, approximately 30 minutes away from the venue.

How do I get to and from the airport?
Answer
The best taxi apps in Albania are Clust App, VrapOn, and Patoko. Alternatively, airport transfers and car hire services are available from the airport. We recommend arranging transport in advance where possible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other queries.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The celebration will include outdoor elements, so we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening if needed (we also encourage guests to double-check the weather online as the time approaches).

Will food and drinks be provided?
Answer
Yes, dinner and unlimited drinks will be provided following the second ceremony. Since the wedding is a destination wedding, the food will not consist of traditional Ghanaian dishes.

What is the local currency? Do I need a visa to travel to Albania?
Answer
The local currency is the Albanian Lek (ALL); however, some places, including the venue, do accept Euros. The majority of places take cash only (except the wedding venue, which accepts cards). Visa requirements vary by nationality; we recommend checking the latest travel requirements before making arrangements.

Will I need a SIM card in Albania?
Answer
If you would like mobile data during your stay, we recommend checking your network's roaming charges before travelling. Alternatively, local SIM cards or eSIMs are available to purchase online or upon arrival at the airport in Tirana. Free Wi-Fi is also available at most hotels, restaurants, cafes, and Airbnbs.
