We are politely asking that all guests wear black to our event. For Ladies, black cocktail dresses, dressy pants and blouses or jumpsuits are perfect. For Gentlemen, collared dress shirts and slacks. Jackets are optional but appreciated! As for shoes, the cocktail area is a dirt surface, while the barn and dance floor are concrete. We recommend that ladies have a change of shoes with a flat option to enjoy the later parts of the evening! Also we anticipate that it will be warm early in the evening and will cool when the sun goes down, so layers are encouraged. The cocktail hour and the dance floor are outdoors, while dinner will be served inside the barn.
Our venue is quite intimate and limited in capacity. Therefore, we ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite. Thank you for your understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!
We’re having a private ceremony on Friday, September 26 on property Oak & Vine Vineyard Estate and inviting everyone to join us on Saturday, September 27 for the wedding celebration! We encourage everyone to arrive earlier in the week to take advantage of Paso Robles and the surrounding area before we see you at the party on Saturday.
In late September, Paso Robles enjoys warm and sunny days—highs in the mid-80s to low-90s °F—and cool nights dipping into the 50s and 60s. Rain is rare, the skies are clear, and a light breeze makes strolls vineyards especially pleasant. We suggest bringing layered outfits, with a sweater or jacket for the evening.
We will not be providing shuttles for this event. We recommend carpooling or using ride-share services, though availability may be limited in some areas, especially late at night. See our Travel Page under "Getting Around Paso Robles" for more information. Plenty of onsite parking will be available at the venue. If you require handicapped parking, please let us know!
There’s so much to see and sip in Paso! From wine tasting and olive oil farms to hot springs and charming downtown shops, you’ll find plenty to enjoy. Check out our Things to Do page for recommendations.
We haven’t reserved room blocks, so guests are free to book accommodations that suit their style and budget—hotels, Airbnbs, vineyard stays, you name it. Check out our Travel page for some tips!
