Can I bring someone not listed on my invite?
Answer
Unfortunately, we’re only able to include the guests who will be specifically listed on your formal invitation. This also applies to children. Unless your child’s name appears on your invite, we’re not able to accommodate additional little ones.

Transportation and Parking for the Ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place at St. Austin’s Catholic Church, located in West Campus directly across from UT Austin. Because the ceremony falls on a game day, please expect travel delays, road closures, and heavy foot traffic in the area. We kindly ask everyone to plan ahead and arrive on time. Transportation: To make travel as smooth as possible, we strongly encourage carpooling or using rideshare services. The Church is located in an are known as "West Campus". West Campus is especially busy on game days, regardless of the game time, so sharing rides will help reduce congestion and simplify drop-off and pickup. If you're staying in a nearby hotel, we particularly recommend using Uber/Lyft rather than driving. Parking: For guests who choose to drive, free parking is available in the church’s parking garage. It is located at: 1900 San Antonio Street, at the corner of San Antonio St. & West MLK Jr. Blvd, directly across from the Otis and AC Marriott Hotels. The garage has ample space for all ceremony attendees. For more information on parking, please visit: https://staustin.org/parking Travel Tips: If you’re arriving from the east side of Austin or crossing I-35, please avoid driving west on MLK Blvd. and/or Dean Keeton, as these streets typically experience the heaviest closures and traffic due to game-day activity around DKR Stadium. We recommend planning an alternate route around these areas to reach West Campus more easily.

Transportation and Parking for the Reception?
Answer
Transportation: Please note that we will not be providing transportation from the ceremony to the reception. All guests are responsible for their own travel both to the reception and back home afterward. We encourage everyone to plan ahead, especially driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal. Parking: There is ample free parking available at the reception venue. The drive in and the parking lot itself are both gravel, so please keep that in mind when choosing which vehicle to bring.

What should I do during the gap between the Ceremony and the Reception?
Answer
The "Things to Do" tab has a list of activities, bars, and restaurants to enjoy in-between the Ceremony and Reception, or at any point over the Wedding weekend! Because of the Texas Longhorn football game coinciding with the wedding day, we recommend that you enjoy activities south of Lady Bird Lake between the Ceremony and the Reception. This will help to avoid heavy car/foot traffic and large crowds.
