FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the wedding?

Answer

It's recommended to arrive early enough for parking, to find a seat, enjoy a welcome beverage, and socialize before the ceremony begins. We recommend 30-45 minutes before the ceremony. We will begin ON TIME. Once the ceremony has started, no one else will be seated. We would hate for any of you to miss witnessing our union, so we ask please refer to your invitation for specific times.

Question

Can I post on social media once the knot is tied?

Answer

Once the bride and groom announce to the world that the knot is tied, feel free to post. Please refrain from posting until then. We spent a lot of time and money planning this event; please respect our big moment and allow us the honor of unveiling that to the world.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We kindly request that this be an adults only event with the exceptions of children in the bridal party and those who are traveling from out of state. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio. The patio will be accessible throughout the night for photos, dancing, mingling, etc!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are SO excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire for our wedding. Please no shades of white.

Question

Is there parking onsite? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

There is parking to the left of the venue allowing plenty of room for our guests to park. Please don't drink and drive. The venue allows cars to stay parked overnight as long as they are picked up the next day by 10:00 am.

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us. We ask that you silence/turn off phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the photo coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one is allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
