When should I RSVP by?

The sooner the better but no later than 31 October 2019 please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive around 4:30 for a little mingle before the ceremony begins at 5:00

Cocktail or Sunday best. Just keep in mind it is an outdoor wedding
