What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love if you’d arrive by 5:30 PM to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins (promptly at 6:00 PM)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! "Bayside Limousines" will be providing transportation from Rod & Reel Resort (4160 Mears Ave Chesapeake Beach, MD 20732) to the ceremony site (668 Friendship Rd North Beach, MD 20714) at 4:45 PM. Please plan to meet outside the hotel accordingly. They will also provide transportation back to the resort after the reception!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the ceremony address, 668 Friendship Road North Beach, MD! The reception space is a stones throw from the ceremony location so you won’t have to move your vehicle. You can also leave your car parked overnight if you have one too many- Just be sure to move your car by 11:00 AM on Saturday August 2nd.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is preferred!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Let the bride/groom know if you have any allergies/special food accomodations. Our venue is mostly gluten free but takes the safety/well being of guests seriously!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see you after our rehearsal dinner for drinks/live music! Stop by Ketch 22 around 7:00 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only select children will be in attendance to ensure we can have our closest friends and family there!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

YES! We will be serving beer, wine, and liquor! Come thirsty & keep it classy! Side note: Our venue does not allow outside alcohol or serve shots in order to maintain their liquor license. Bartenders are subject to request a valid ID at their discretion.
