FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by September 1 after receiving the formal invitation. If you already know your answer, early RSVPs after the save-the-date are happily accepted and appreciated! If you’re unable to attend, please RSVP “not attending” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You will be dearly missed! If you’ll be joining us for the ceremony but not the reception, kindly let us know so we can plan our meal count.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please select the RSVP tab and enter a name exactly as it appears on your invitation. Once one name is entered, your family will appear, making it easy to submit your response. You may then indicate whether each guest will attend or not attend both the wedding and the reception. With limited venue space, we kindly ask that attendance be limited to those listed on the invitation and RSVP. If you have any questions or experience any issues while RSVPing, please contact Madison at 434-808-2006.

Question

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

The reception will be held at Spruceberry Farm, approximately 15 minutes from the ceremony location. Guests are invited to travel there immediately following the ceremony.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive at 3:30 PM and are kindly asked to be seated by 3:50 PM.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Can I take pictures?
