We're getting married!

It all started in the strange and quiet year of 2020, when the world was paused, but hearts were still searching. Preston and Gracie met on Tinder—not exactly the most romantic beginning, but fate has a funny way of working through swipe-rights and quirky bios. Their first real spark happened over potato teezers and a large Ohio at Swensons (if you know you know). A late night meet-up turned into hours of laughter, stories, and the kind of easy connection people spend years trying to find. Time moved quickly, as it tends to when you're falling in love. By July of 2021, they took the big step of getting a dog together—Woody, the most lovable pup who instantly took over their hearts. Life was full of little adventures: long walks, late-night drives, and playlists that became soundtracks to their growing love. Gracie was finishing up her degree at the University of Akron, and in 2022, she proudly walked across the stage and into a dream internship at Disney World in Orlando. While she got to live the princess life for a bit, real life hit different—and not in a fairytale way. She made the call to come home early, just in time for both her and Preston’s birthdays (yep, they’re both Scorpios, just two days apart—pray for their future children). Gracie and Preston started taking every chance to explore: weekend getaways, big cities, concerts, and plenty of new restaurants. They made memories out of every mile. In 2023, Preston made another dream come true. He brought home Lilith, a chaotic, lovable tornado of fur and energy who instantly became part of their story—mischievous, messy, and absolutely perfect in her own way. November 2024. Disneyland. Fireworks, magic, and a castle in eyesight... Preston popped the question in the most magical place on Earth, and Gracie said “yes” without hesitation—after catching her breath from happy crying. Cue the Mickey ears and all the emotional photos. Just a couple months later, in January 2025, they bought their first home. A place of their own to fill with cozy nights, plants that may or may not survive, and the endless laughter of two people who chose each other every single day. Their story isn’t just about romance. It’s about friendship, trust, adventure, and two people who keep saying “yes” to life—together. And it all started with a swipe and a Swensons run.
