Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal wear, but please be advised that the ceremony and reception will be held outside so please also dress appropriately for October weather. Ladies will want to wear garden friendly shoes/flats.

Will there be a parking lot?

Answer

Yes! The venue has an ample parking lot therefore we will have enough parking for everyone!

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in front of the lake and there will be a cocktail hour while we take our wedding photos. The reception is right beside the ceremony on the lake with a fire pit area.

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar for our guests 21 and older! Please drink responsibly.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. We need an official headcount by March 31st for the venue and the caterers. Please text "Yes" to 804-551-6489 to officially be our guest to our wedding. If you do not RSVP by the date deadline we will have to put you down as "not coming" so it is very important to RSVP. We do not want our invited guests to miss out on our celebration!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As long as you feel comfortable bringing kids that is fine with us! We are having our kids in our wedding so they will be there throughout the reception. If there is quite a few kids coming we were considering hiring a professional babysitter for the night to be with us and help ensure the kids will be taken care of while we celebrate!

Can I bring a plus one?

As long as it is your partner or spouse we are okay with that, just include it in your RSVP!

There will be little to no cell phone service at this venue. No smoking inside or under the pavilion. There will be designated smoking areas we can show you. We are able to fish if you would like to bring fishing poles and let's not forget to have fun!
