ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So, adults only for the wedding ceremony and reception. If you are in need of a babysitter for any of our events we recommend talking to the concierge service at Sun Valley Resort or calling Sun Valley Super Sitters.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be running back and forth from the Sun Valley Lodge to the Sun Valley Clubhouse from 5:30 - 11:30 pm. Visit the Travel and Accommodations page for more details.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT IS COVID PROTOCOL?

Answer

While we hope that many of our guests will be vaccinated by our date in October, if you are not or are feeling ill before attending the wedding, we ask that you take a covid test to ensure the safety of our guests.

IS THERE A MASK REQUIREMENT?

Answer

As of right now, Sun Valley & Ketchum city ordinances require a face covering to be worn in all indoor public spaces. While we will have paper masks available to events, we recommend you bringing your own as well.

When should we plan to arrive/leave Sun Valley?

Answer

We encourage all guests to arrive by Friday, October 8th, 2021. This will allow you enough time to arrive the night before, relax and enjoy some of the additional festivities before the wedding. That being said, the bride/groom and their families will be arriving Thursday, October 7th, if you want to extend your trip even further. Most guests will likely depart on Sunday afternoon (October 10th) or sometime on Monday (October 11th).
