Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Boulders of Black Canyon Inn. The address is 800 MacGregor Ave, Estes Park, CO 80157. Once on property, please follow the signs for parking.
Yes! There will be two parking lots on the property.
Please don't feel obligated to stay at Black Canyon Inn. Feel free to book a place to stay anywhere you would like for the weekend! Outside of Estes Park, the nearest cities include Loveland, Longmont, Fort Collins, and Boulder. Be sure to book as soon as you can since it will be the high travel season and hotels are getting booked up.
RSVPs will be due by May/June 2025. We will send out an exact date with the physical invite and will also send out reminders.
We will be starting the ceremony at 4:30. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking and your seats.
Both the ceremony and reception are held indoors. However, there’s also an outdoor patio area that may be available during the cocktail hour.

Unfortunately, the Black Canyon Inn cannot block cabins and rooms for wedding guests.
Since Delaney is from Illinois and Preston is from Missouri, we didn’t want to pick one state over the other. So, we decided to go with somewhere else we both like: the mountains! Plus the picturesque views at our venue are what dreams are made of. Check it out, and you’ll see why we picked Estes Park, CO!
