When & Where?

Address: 683 N Main St, Willard, UT 84340 When: Saturday October 11th, 2025 Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM and is reserved for invited ceremony guests. The reception will follow at 5:00 PM, and we warmly welcome all reception guests to join us then for dinner, dancing, and celebration!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We Kindly ask that you RSVP by August 24th. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
For the quickest and easiest response, simply click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. You can mail the RSVP card back if you were provided with one.

What if I can't come to the ceremony but want to come to the reception?
Answer
No problem at all! On the RSVP page, the ceremony and reception will appear as separate events. If you’re invited to both but can only attend the reception, simply select “Unable to attend” for the ceremony and “Will attend” for the reception. We’ll be happy to celebrate with you in the evening!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later that 3:45. Otherwise we will see you at the reception!

Can I bring extra guests?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invitation.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kiddos, but we are asking all guests be three and older unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses

Will the Wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors, depending on weather you may want to bring a light jacket. The reception will be indoor/outdoor with tables and fun in both areas.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an 'unplugged ceremony' (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say 'I do'. We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, we’ll take a group photo with everyone, followed by pictures with our immediate family and wedding party. While that’s happening, we’d kindly ask for your help moving chairs around the tables outside. Once everything’s set, please feel free to start enjoying dinner—we’ll join you shortly!

Please note that the venue has a limited number of parking spaces (87 spots). We kindly encourage carpooling if possible to help ensure that everyone has a spot.
